• Agenda item submission template (DOC, 34 KB) - This template is to be used when preparing and submitting all agenda items (Consent, Action/Discussion, Report, Update and New Business) for the IEEE Board of Directors meetings.
• Governing documents item submission template (DOC, 45 KB) - This template is to be used when preparing and submitting agenda items containing changes to IEEE governing documents for the IEEE Board of Directors meetings.

• The IEEE Board of Directors is encouraged to submit nominations for the various leadership positions throughout the IEEE. Nominations for positions on IEEE Standing Committees and other Officer positions that are the recommended by the IEEE Nominations and Appointments (IEEE N&A) Committee may be submitted via the IEEE N&A nomination form.

• View the  IEEE  position descriptions for information on the responsibilities and time commitments for members of the IEEE Board of Directors.  The descriptions separate the responsibilities and time commitments as a Member of the Board from those of an Officer, Chair of a Major Board, Region and Division Delegate.
