IEEE product purchase and tax information is below. Please see the applicable section related to your purchase.
IEEE prices for products and services do not include applicable taxes.
In the U.S., please add applicable state and local sales and use tax on orders shipped to AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, WI, and WV. Customers claiming a tax exemption must include an appropriate and properly completed tax-exemption certificate with their first order.
In Canada, please add 5% GST or 13% HST on all orders except CD-ROM and DVD media products (IEEE Canadian Business Number 12563 4188 RT0001).
In the European Union, for electronically-delivered digital products only, non-VAT registered customers and members please add tax at the standard VAT rate for your country. VAT registered customers and members should include their VAT registration number with their order (IEEE EU VAT Special Scheme Registration Number EU826000081).
Customers claiming a tax exemption must include a tax-exempt certificate with the first order and must reference the tax-exempt number with each subsequent order.
