IEEE has a “No Returns” policy. However, IEEE will gladly replace damaged or missing publications.
IEEE has partnered with Techstreet, a business of Thomson Reuters, to provide all customers with Print-on-Demand (POD) product fulfillment on orders for IEEE Standards.
POD order fulfillment assures customers professional quality formats, and the same responsive service expected from IEEE.
IEEE will continue to honor claims for defective titles, replacing the original at no cost to customers.
In addition, due to the nature of POD, rush orders for IEEE Standards require 24 hours to produce.
Effective 11 Dec. 2008, IEEE has partnered with Curran Associates to provide all customers with product fulfillment for individual conference proceedings. Please contact Curran Associates for all individual conference publication orders and claims effective 11 Dec. 2008.
For terms and conditions regarding individual conference publications, visit the Curran Associates Web site.
