22 June – IEEE, the world’s largest technical professional association, is at the forefront of the global Smart Grid initiative. Members are working diligently on smart grid development and execution, from developing interoperability standards and ensuring the smart grid is environment-friendly to enacting protocols to maintain the grid’s security.
