New IEEE Virtual Journal Features Latest RF Research from IEEE Societies

6 February 2013 – IEEE has announced that the new IEEE Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) Virtual Journal is now available in the IEEE Xplore digital library. The online journal incorporates the latest papers and multimedia content on radio frequency integrated circuits from publications and conferences from the IEEE Circuits and Systems, Microwave Theory and Techniques, and Solid-State Circuits Societies.

The journal is designed to be a one-stop resource for locating IEEE content in this emerging area. The Journal covers all aspects of the modeling, design, fabrication, and testing of radio frequency integrated circuits and systems. The first issue addresses voltage-controlled oscillators, advanced transceiver architectures, and all-digital PLLs.
