The Transnational Dashboard and Transnational Scorecard are tools for measuring membership and volunteer data.
The dashboard currently represents the six years of information for all metrics found within individual transnational scorecards, and compares US and non-US representation across IEEE regions. The dashboard is designed to identify trends in member and volunteer statistics, and to assist in determining areas that need addressing.

IEEE members, volunteers and staff are invited to provide feedback regarding this dashboard project by using the provided Technical Activities Feedback Form (IEEE Account required).
To assist in comparing IEEE US and non-US metrics, the Transnational Scorecard was created. Scorecard information is used to identify areas within the IEEE where members and volunteers are underrepresented. Metrics included in the scorecard show the variation of Society membership across US and non-US regions and across member grades and dues categories. Data by region is also included for Governance, Conferences, Publications, Standards, and Corporate Awards. The scorecard is updated annually, with information available for the last nine years, from 2004 to 2012.
