Agenda tool user guide and tutorials

The meeting and agenda tool was created to streamline and standardize meeting agendas across IEEE, providing a standard look and feel to agendas for all of IEEE.

IEEE Member Segmentation - Society Specifics (IEEE Account Required) provides information on IEEE Member Segmentation and aggregate Society data. Includes:

IEEE Technical Activities Open Access Strategy
Series of one-hour webinars providing information on the new OA strategy for volunteers responsible for IEEE publications. (IEEE Account required.) Includes:
1. Overview of the TA Open Access Strategy - basic overview on Open Access, including the three-# prong strategy, implementation timeline, and pricing considerations.
2. The New OA Experience - for Authors includes details for authors who want to submit papers in the OA system. Explains actions needed by the editors-in-chief in order to work with OA submissions.
3. Communication Plans and Open Access Topical Journals" - discusses IEEE Topical Journal Strategy and the differences between how Topical and Hybrid Journals are handled. Highlights include communication vehicles that may be used to improve awareness on OA.
