- Coordinates a variety of programs designed to increase the exchange of information among IEEE entities concerning the mission, operations and projects of IEEE Technical Activities.
- Programs include the IEEE Society Sentinel, Technical Activities Directory, electronic communication, TAD/TAB Workshops, and IEEE Technical Activities web sites.

- Provides general administrative support to IEEE Societies and Councils through a host of services including elections, stationery, awards products and honoraria, membership data and statistics.
- Coordinates approvals of amendments to Society/Council Constitutions and Bylaws. Coordinates approvals for the establishment of new and/or revisions to existing Society/Council Awards. Maintains TAB Awards and Recognition Manual.
- Provides support to Society Chapter Coordinators including chapter formation opportunities, chapter chair/location listings, chapter subsidy processing and data analysis.

- Provides administrative and organization support to the IEEE Technical Activities Board (TAB) and various TAB Committees.
- Support includes agendas, minutes, meeting arrangements, on site support, appointments/elections, clarifying proposals, follow-up on action items, archives, electronic mail alias lists, mailing lists for TAB/Society Officers, news briefs.
- Provides direct support to the Vice President - Technical Activities and Society Presidents' Forum Chair (also the Vice President-Elect), including consultation on TAB Bylaws and Policies, maintaining contact with IEEE Executive Committee and IEEE Board of Directors.
- Maintains TAB Bylaws, TAB Operations Manual and TAB Roster.
