This is a set of training modules for Volunteers of IEEE. These volunteer training modules are meant to help volunteers understand how IEEE functions and to explain the many services IEEE has to offer.
Role of Booth Staffers
IEEE booth staffers should:
- display IEEE’s booth items in a neat and attractive manner that invites exploration;
- be friendly and welcoming;
- succinctly and accurately answer questions and refer the visitor to the appropriate IEEE resources;
- accurately and completely fill out any paperwork and orders and return these materials to the appropriate party;
- pack up all materials according to the directions and return them to IEEE promptly;
- dress professionally and comport themselves in a manner that reflects positively on IEEE.
