This is a set of training modules for Volunteers of IEEE. These volunteer training modules are meant to help volunteers understand how IEEE functions and to explain the many services IEEE has to offer.
Inputs Worksheet
The first worksheet tab is labeled “Inputs.” This is the Society/Technical Council Inputs Sheet. On the Society/Technical Council Input sheet, you will refine the parameters for:
- Society/Technical Council Membership Stats / Publication Stats by increasing or decreasing the number of subscribers;
- Society/Technical Council Membership Fee / Optional Publication Rates by, for example, increasing dues or rate over the prior year;
- Periodical Page Budget & Issues by, for example, increasing the page budget to reduce back log;
- Non Member List Price and Non Member Subscription by, for example, keeping it at Marketing Recommended Non Member Price;
- Publication Rate Examples. This is where you refine your parameters for the upcoming budget cycle. This information is also used on the Stats Page.
