This is a set of training modules for Volunteers of IEEE. These volunteer training modules are meant to help volunteers understand how IEEE functions and to explain the many services IEEE has to offer.
Projects/Initiatives Worksheet
Beyond reviewing and adjusting inputs for the new year, you may need to enter budgets for any new Planned Projects/Initiatives. This is done on the Projects/Initiatives tab. This sheet identifies any projects or initiatives a Society/Technical Council has budgeted and within what cost center and account. If the total funding is less than $100K, the Society/Technical Council can include it in their budget. If the total funding is greater than $100K and is Society/Technical Council-specific, the project or initiative must be approved by TAB FinCom before it can be placed in the budget.
