This is a set of training modules for Volunteers of IEEE. These volunteer training modules are meant to help volunteers understand how IEEE functions and to explain the many services IEEE has to offer.
How to Read the Consolidated Report
The Consolidated Report provides general Ledger Detail for each transaction by Cost Center for a period of one month (read by row), including the following.
- IEEE Account Number and Account Name
- Amount Received or Disbursed
- Source
- Document Number
- Description (i.e., Invoice # or Journal Entry)
- Totals for each account
