The aim of the DTIS 2013 is to cope with the rapidly progressing technology which reaches today the nanometer scale. The general area of interest includes the design, test and technology of electronic products, ranging from integrated circuits modules and printed circuit board to full systems and Microsystems, as well as examining the methodologies and tools used in the design, verification and validation of such products.
