IEEE Conference Exchange (ICX)

The IEEE Conference Application allows you to register your conference online, with each step of the process clearly identified by topic.

New features of the IEEE Conference Application include: 

• a progress bar that tracks your work from start to finish;
• the ability to save your application and return later to complete it;
• calendars, editors, and Google-type searches;
• a preview option of your entire application, allowing for last-minute changes;
• online conference status checks for instant updates.

Once you’re ready to start, you can:

ICX is accessed via a Web browser, but note that browser compatibility varies. Please use only the following supported Web browsers with ICX to submit your IEEE Conference Application: 

• Internet Explorer (IE) versions 6.0, 7.0, 8.0;
• Mozilla Firefox versions 7.0, 8.0, 10.0, 11.0, Mac- Firefox 9.0;
• Safari version 5 and later.

Currently, ICX does not support mobile browsing or tablets.
