IEEE Meeting and Conference Management (MCM) can manage all exhibit logistics and coordination.

 

Exhibit Management

IEEE MCM serves as a liasion between the event and the vendor(s), and coordinates all aspects of the event, including contract negotiations, design of the exhibition hall, exhibitor communications, and on-site management. IEEE MCM will assist in selling floor space to a preferred list of exhibitors, as well as coordinate other components that are needed to ensure a successful event.

Services include:

  • build an effective timeline; 
  • manage booth assignments;
  • develop exhibitor directory and signage;
  • coordinate with drayage carriers, equipment and AV rental providers, and other service contractors;
  • work closely with a decorator to create an exhibitor's kit that is customized to the event.
  • design a floor plan that will maximize booth space and attendee flow;
  • process exhibitor and vendor contracts, invoices and payments.
