IEEE MCM serves as a liasion between the event and the vendor(s), and coordinates all aspects of the event, including contract negotiations, design of the exhibition hall, exhibitor communications, and on-site management. IEEE MCM will assist in selling floor space to a preferred list of exhibitors, as well as coordinate other components that are needed to ensure a successful event.

Services include:

build an effective timeline;
manage booth assignments;
develop exhibitor directory and signage;
coordinate with drayage carriers, equipment and AV rental providers, and other service contractors;
work closely with a decorator to create an exhibitor's kit that is customized to the event.
design a floor plan that will maximize booth space and attendee flow;
process exhibitor and vendor contracts, invoices and payments.
