The IEEE Panel of Conference Organizers (POCO) is a high-level annual event held for conference organizers and key stakeholders of IEEE conferences. #IEEEPOCO is a three-day event comprised of educational tracks, innovations in scholarly conferences, and expert panels. The goal is for attendees to be inspired by unparalleled learning and to participate in thought-provoking and insightful sessions that will provide a real advantage to conference planning.

POCO attendees represent more than 28 countries on six of the seven continents. If you are an IEEE volunteer involved in conferences, you may apply to attend POCO as a hosted attendee and receive complimentary registration to the event.
Many IEEE organizational units may cover the cost of travel and lodging. Check with yours as soon as possible for this event. Hosted attendance is limited and will be reviewed within two weeks of application submission, so please apply early to secure a spot.
2014 IEEE POCO will be held at the Hilton Singapore Hotel 17–19 July 2014.
