References

Deadline
The nominator is responsible to ensure that all materials are submitted in time to meet the deadline of 15 May 2013. This includes both the Nomination Form and all Reference Forms for each nomination made.

Please note: The following eligibility requirement is true for all awards:

Current members of IEEE EAB or of the IEEE EAB Awards and Recognition Committee may not be recipients, nominators, or endorsers of EAB Awards. Self-nominations will NOT be accepted for any of the award categories.
