The articles in this booklet explore different facets of ASME codes and standards. Written by eight ASME experts, they were originally published in ASME Mechanical Advantage, a periodical for tomorrow’s engineers. ASME codes and standards play an important role in ensuring the safety of the public and in the standardization of things as common as nuts and bolts.
