Principles of Business Conduct and Conflict of Interest

Individuals involved in making procurement decisions or other activities that could represent a potential conflict of interest should complete the Principles of Business Conduct/Conflict of Interest form every year.

This form is to be completed by:

Volunteers and staff with decision-making/voting authority;
non-Members and others who do business with or on behalf of IEEE.

Deadline for completing the form: 30 January every year.

Alternate Form Formats

If completing PDF or Word versions of the POBC/COI forms, please e-mail completed form to your assigned Departmental Coordinator.
