IEEE
MASTER
BRAND
IMAGES AGREEMENT
This
IEEE
Master
Brand
Images
Agreement
(the
"Agreement")
is made
between
you (the
"Authorized
User")
and The
Institute
of
Electrical
and
Electronics
Engineers,
Inc.
(the
"IEEE").
This
Agreement
covers
only
usage
of the
horizontal
version
of the
IEEE
Master
Brand
image
files.
In order
to
obtain
and use
the
vertical
IEEE
Master
Brand
image
files,
an
Authorized
User
must
first
submit a
request
to the
IEEE
Intellectual
Property
Rights
Office.
IEEE
hereby
grants
to
Authorized
User a
revocable,
nontransferable,
nonexclusive
right to
use the
IEEE
Master
Brand
image
files
subject
to the
following
terms
and
conditions.
TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Restrictions.
Use of
the IEEE
Master
Brand
image
files is
for IEEE
activities
only or
those
officially
sanctioned
or
sponsored
by IEEE.
Distribution
of the
image
files
is
limited
to IEEE
volunteers
who are
involved
in
an
official
capacity
in IEEE
activities
and IEEE
staff.
Any use
of the
IEEE
Master
Brand
image
files
by
Authorized
User
under
this
Agreement
must
strictly
conform
to the
specifications
set
forth in
the IEEE
Identity
Standards,
which
may be
found at
http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/rights/idstandards.html
.
Termination.
IEEE may
terminate
this
Agreement
upon
notice
to
Authorized
User,
and upon
termination,
Authorized
User
must:
(i)
cease
all use
of the
IEEE
Master
Brand
image
files;
and (ii)
delete
all
originals
and
copies
of
the IEEE
Master
Brand
image
files in
his/her
possession.
Representations.
Authorized
User
represents
and
warrants
that
he/she
has the
necessary
power
and
authority
to enter
into
this
Agreement
and that
he/she
is:
(i) an
IEEE
volunteer
involved
in an
official
capacity
in IEEE
activities;
or (ii)
a member
of
the IEEE
staff.

THAT YOU
