IEEE Student Branch online activity reporting
Student Branch activity reporting is available online. To be an active IEEE Student Branch, submit the online activity report once a year. Organize activities and maintain good membership levels in your Student Branch.
This online Web form is simple and easy to use and replaced both the annual report of activities and the annual plan of activities. Printed activity reports are no longer accepted. Your Student Branch still has time. Activity reports are due on or before 1 December or two months after your academic year ends (whichever is more convenient in your location). Student Branch rebates will be paid in December 2011.
Submit Student Branch activity report online (IEEE Web Account required.)
IEEE Student Branch new student officer reporting
IEEE Student Branches must also report new student officers as elections are held. The Student Branch Counselor (faculty) should be reported at least annually.
If officers are not reported, the position will be listed as vacant until reporting of an eligible officer is received and confirmed.
