This award was established to recognize the best oral presentation and paper by a student at the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society Conference.
Eligibility
Must have a paper accepted to the Annual IEEE SMC Conference and the applicant is a major contributor to the research.
Deadline
Paper must be accepted to the conference. Application deadline for award is sometime during Spring.
