Instructions:

• Please read How to Apply for a Grant for information about the intent of the IEEE Foundation program of grants and related details (approval process, deadlines, etc.)
• Please read the Project Report Guidelines before applying for a grant. This information will help you to complete the Grant Application.
• The Grant Application must be accompanied by the Project Budget spreadsheet provided below.   To complete and submit electronically, please view this spreadsheets, use the "File" and "Save As" tabs on your browser to save a copy on your local computer, then insert all details as required, save again, and then send via e-mail as an attachment to foundation-office@ieee.org

If you are unable to send your Grant Application using the web forms, you can use Word to prepare your document and submit the file on a disk or CD and mail it to the IEEE Foundation.   However, be advised that you must provide exactly the same information requested in the web form, using the same sequence and limitation of number of characters for each item.   Contact information is provided on the page How to Apply for a Grant
