2002 EDS J.J. Ebers Award Call for Nominations
The IEEE Electron Devices Society invites the submission
of nominations for the 2002 J.J. Ebers Award. This award is presented
annually for outstanding technical contributions to electron devices.
The recipient(s) is awarded a certificate and a check for $5,000,
presented at the International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM).
