Each December, the IEEE Electron Devices Society sponsors two technical tutorials at the annual International Electron Devices Meeting. These tutorials cover topics in technology, design, manufacturing, physics, and modeling of electron devices presented by experts from around the world. This year's program involves Reliability for Logic and Memory Technologies and Next-generation TCAD: Models and Methods.
If you are unable to attend the live sessions, you can still benefit from these and previous years' tutorials. Past titles include:
Each program is videotaped and made available through the IEEE. Please refer to http://www.ieee.org/eab/products/videos.html for product information on these and other IEDM titles.
