The IEEE NPSS Outstanding Pulsed Power Student Award, heretofore awarded biennially, will now be awarded annually, although the recipients will be recognized biennially at the IEEE International Pulsed Power Conference. This change was done to recognize the accomplishments of students in pulsed power that were not eligible to be considered for the award because they graduated in a year in between conferences.  As a result, nominations will be sought for the student award for this year (2002), and beginning with 2003, the nomination deadline will be the same for each year. For information on this award and the deadline for nomination, please consult the Awards portion of the IEEE-NPSS webpage at: http://ewh.ieee.org/ soc/nps/awards.htm The links to the Outstanding Pulsed Power Student Award (as well as the links for the biennial Erwin Marx and Peter Haas Pulsed Power Awards) will be activated shortly.
