The first IEEE Asia-Pacific Conference on ASICs will be held in Seoul, Korea, on August 23 - 25, 1999. It is hosted by the Joint Chapter of the IEEE Solid State Circuits Society and Electron Device Society of the Seoul IEEE Section and will be held at Yonsei University. The Solid-State Circuits Society and all three Region 10 SSCS chapters are co-sponsoring this event: this includes the IEEE SSCS Tokyo Chapter and SSCS Taipei Chapter.
Topics for regular sessions include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Analog Circuits
2. Digital Circuits
3. Communication Circuits
4. Memory Circuits
5. Gate Arrays
6. Microprocessors
7. Imagers & Mems Circuits
8. Design for Testability and Yield
9. Signal Processing Circuits for Mobile Communication
10. Design, Reuse and IP
11. Symbolic Design
In addition to the regular sessions, the conference will include:
Authors should submit extended summaries for consideration, indicating which of the eleven regular session topics, if any, their paper will correspond. Submissions should be received no later than April 30, 1999 at the following address:
