Call for the Nomination
of Elected Administrative Committee Members


Fourth Annual Election

In accordance with its Constitution, the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society invites members of our Society to nominate candidates for the Society’s Administrative Committee (AdCom). These nominations are solicited for elections to be held in early autumn of 1999.

Scope

The Administrative Committee of the Solid-State Circuits Society has responsibility for oversight of all technical, financial, member service, and administrative activities of the Society. Elected Administrative Committee Members should expect to attend at least two yearly meetings, as well as to participate in on-going and new sub-committee activities during their term of office. Adcom and sub-committee work is carried on by e-mail, telephone and FAX throughout the year, in addition to the Adcom meetings, currently held at ISSCC in February and in August.

Nominees will automatically be placed on the ballot providing:

Term of Office

The term of office is three years beginning January 1, 2000.

Mailing Petitions

All petitions should be accompanied by a personal photograph and a short biography (200 words or less) including areas of interest. Petitions must be received by May 1, 1999. Petitions are to be mailed to:
