Field
of Interest
The design, development,
analysis, integration, test and operation of complex systems, usually
utilizing electromagnetic sensors. Military systems, vehicle electronics
(such as avionics and vetronics), communications, command and control,
mobile power, automatic test, simulators, and law enforcement systems
are of interest. AES' Field of Interest includes the art of system
engineering. It also includes the technology, design, and manufacture
of radar, sonar, navigation and automatic test sets. (9/94)
