• Acceptance Notification: 15 December 2007
• Final Technical Paper for inclusion in IEEE Xplore:
  29 February 2008
• Registration completed for All Speakers: 29 February 2008
• Power Point presentation for inclusion on Symposium CD (optional): 21 March 2008

FINAL PAPER/PRESENTATION

• All Technical Papers must IEEE PDF compliant to be uploaded to IEEE Xplore. Papers must be tested for compliancy by checking them at our PDF Xpress site. Please enter the conference ID: BMSB08 when setting up your account.
• The Final paper cannot be changed after using PDF Xpress. Doing so will null the compliancy.
• Submit your Final PDF compliant Technical Paper, and a completed CopyRight Form to bts@ieee.org no later than 29 February 2008.
• Conference CDs are included with registration and will be available at the Symposium. Power Point presentations can also be included on this conference record. Please submit to bts@ieee.org no later than 21 March 2008.
  

PRESENTATION

• You will have 25 minutes for your presentation, plus 5 minutes for any questions and answers
• Presentation dates, times and sessions will be posted on the schedule, on this website, as soon as available.

AUDIO VISUAL

• Each technical session room will be will be set with a laptop, an LCD projector, screen, lavaliere microphone and laser pointer. Presentations may be placed on the laptop prior to your session, or used from your own flashdrive.

REGISTRATION

• All Broadband Multimedia 2008 technical paper presenters should register at the SPEAKER rate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for up to three papers.
• If additional authors are attending the conference or your session, they must register at the appropriate rate.
• All Speakers must be registered no later than 29 February 2008.
