PATRON PACKAGES
A limited number of patronage opportunities are being made available by the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society for the 2008 IEEE Broadband Multimedia Symposium. These provide an ideal opportunity for equipment manufacturers, service providers, and others to contribute in a meaningful way to one of the broadcast industry’s premiere technical events. For the 2008 Symposium, six $1500 general patronage opportunities are available. In addition,
a limited number of coffee break, luncheon, and reception patronages are also available.

Luncheon (2 available) or Welcome Reception Patronage
Monday evening Reception: 31 March, 6:00-8:00 pm
Luncheons: 1 and 2 April, 12:00-2:00 pm
Package Includes:
- Prominent display of patron logos on Symposium web page (including link to patron’s web page)
- Recognition of Patron by Symposium Chairperson at reception or luncheon (for Luncheon patronage, at selected luncheon)
- Corporate logo on signage in Registration area and in Luncheon or Reception room
- Patron introductory remarks at luncheons (2-5 minutes)
- 6’ tabletop exhibit/display area for the duration of the Symposium
- Literature distribution privileges in session room (on table at rear of room)
- Company acknowledgment listed in Conference Final Program and Conference Proceedings
- First priority for like patronage at next year’s event

General Patronage (6 available)
Package Includes:
- Prominent display of patron logos on Symposium web page (including link to patron’s web page)
- Recognition of Patron by Symposium Chairperson at the beginning of the sessions
- Corporate logo on signage in Registration area
- 6’ tabletop exhibit/display area for the duration of the Symposium
- Literature distribution privileges in session room (on table at rear of room)
- Company acknowledgment listed in Conference Final Program and Conference Proceedings
- First priority for like patronage at next year’s event

Refreshment Break Patronage (6 available)
31 March – 2 April 2008 – 2 Opportunities Per Day
Package Includes:
- Recognition of Patron by Symposium Chairperson at the beginning of the selected refreshment break
- Corporate logo on signage in Refreshment Break area
- Company acknowledgment listed in Conference Final Program and Conference Proceedings
- First priority for like patronage at next year’s event
