PRESENTATION

  • You will have 25 minutes for your presentation, plus 5 minutes for any questions and answers
  • Presentation dates, times and sessions will be posted on the schedule, on this website, as soon as available.

AUDIO VISUAL

  • Each technical session room will be will be set with a laptop, an LCD projector, screen, lavaliere microphone and laser pointer. Presentations may be placed on the laptop prior to your session, or used from your own flashdrive.

REGISTRATION

  • All 2009 Broadcast Symposium technical paper presenters should register at the SPEAKER rate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for up to three papers.
  • If additional authors are attending the conference or your session, they must register at the appropriate rate.
  • All Speakers must be registered no later than 14 September 2009 .

VISA INFORMATION FOR USA ENTRY

  • VISA INSTRUCTIONS AND ASSISTANCE
    Do not delay in making VISA arrangements for entry into the United States if needed. Such arrangements are the responsibility of attendees and may take up to a few months.

    Complete information on how to apply for a VISA to enter the US can be found on the  U.S. Department of State's website http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html
  • VISA ASSISTANCE FROM IEEE BROADCAST TECHNOLOGY SOCIETY
    To obtain a visa to attend this conference, some embassies will request you to present a letter from the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society. BTS can only provide letters for attendees who are the author/presenter of an accepted technical paper.  If you need visa assistance from BTS, please send a high priority email to k.colabaugh@ieee.org
