In an effort to assist any who would like to attend the AVFOP 2007, LEOS is now offering reduced registration fees based on World Bank country classifications. The World Bank uses four categories according to each countries' gross national income per capita: High income, upper middle income, lower middle income and low income. Starting with high-income countries and assigning a number N=0 through 3 to each category, a reduction of 25xN % will be applied for any registrant from a given country.
If you would like to take advantage of the reduced registration fee program, please go to the World Bank website at http://www.worldbank.org/data/countryclass/countryclass.html and locate your country's classification. When completing the conference registration form, please indicate your country's appropriate classification in the space provided and calculate your reduction.

After 10 September 2007, the online registration site will be closed and you will need to register on-site.

Refund Policy for Pre-registration
A service charge of $50 will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the pre-registrant's name and amount of payment. Requests for pre-registration refunds must be received by 10 September 2007.
No refunds will be accepted after 10 September 2007.
