A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of the conference attendees at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo. The conference rates are available over the conference dates and based on availability. Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are exclusive of any applicable sales/room tax (currently 5%) and service charge (currently 10%).

The Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo is located in central Tokyo, in the exclusive residential area of Shirokanedai District, where many of Tokyo's embassies are located, and is close to the city's business and entertainment districts.

It is an hour and a half to the New Tokyo International Airport; Limousine Shuttle Bus is available for traveling to/from the New Tokyo International Airport in Narita.

It is 20 minutes to the Ginza shopping/business district; 10 minutes to the nightclubs and discos of Roppongi; and 5 minutes to either Shinagawa or Meguro JR stations by car. A free shuttle bus is available to Meguro station, leaving every 15 minutes. Additionally, there is a Service Bus from the hotel to Shinagawa Station, leaving every 15 minutes.


Check-In/Check-Out Time
Hotel rooms are generally available for guest check-in after 3:00pm. Guests arriving prior to this time will be allocated rooms as soon as they become available. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
