Just off the historic Plaza, The Eldorado Hotel & Spa is located in downtown Santa Fe within walking distance from the heart of Santa Fe and its many shops, restaurants and cultural venues.
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of the conference attendees at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa. The conference rate is available for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates and based on availability. Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are exclusive of any applicable sales/room tax (currently 14.625%).
There is a $2.00 per room per night housekeeping gratuity not included in the room rate of $149.00. Valet parking is available to guests of the Eldorado Hotel at the prevailing rate per 24-hour period (currently $16.00). Attendees not staying at the Hotel will be charged a daily parking fee subject to availability.
Reservations must be received no later than 17 April 2008. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a space available basis only.
Check-in time for all guests is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:30AM.
Deposits & Cancellation
A deposit equal to one night’s stay, including tax, is required to hold your reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay.
