Topic Areas
Electro-Optical Sensors & Systems
The Electro-Optic Sensors and Systems subcommittee solicits papers
pertaining to the research, development or applications of optical, electro-optical,
and optoelectronic systems and sensors for signal, and information processing, pattern
recognition, neural networks, encryption, security systems, radar, and image and data
sensing. There will be sessions which include papers with original contributions
describing systems and techniques for high speed optical information processing,
optical interconnects, spatial light modulators based information systems, smart pixels
for information processing, optical storage/memory, photorefractive materials and
photopolymers for information systems, imaging, spectrum analysis, adaptive optics,
holographic based systems, optical morphology, radar, spectroscopy, fiber optics
sensors, and detector arrays.
