Topic Areas


Microwave Photonics

We will address what 'photonics' can do for microwaves and high speed/high frequency electronics. This topic area will address advantages and state-of- the-art performance of the photonic approaches to microwave applications and systems. Photonics is utilized for the generation, transmission, detection, processing, and control of RF and microwave signals and finds direct applicability to antenna (e.g., wireless and array) systems and instrumentation.
