Conference Information:
The Optical MEMS/NEMS committee solicits papers on the latest developments in optical micro/nano-electro-mechanical systems and integrated micro-optics. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, integration and miniaturization of photonic and micromechanical systems micromirrors, scanners, optical communications, displays and imaging devices, biomedical systems, infrared detectors and devices, new fabrication and integration methods, sensors and actuators, new optical microsystem test and measurement techniques.
