Integrated Optics and Optoelectronics

We solicit papers on recent developments in the field of optoelectronic components and integrated optics. Topics include discrete optoelectronic devices (such as photodetectors, modulators, and lasers), active and passive waveguide-based devices, monolithic and hybrid-integrated photonic integrated circuits (PICs), optoelectronic MEMS, arrayed devices, microfluidic and optofluidic devices, and other novel discrete or integrated components. Papers may address modeling, fabrication, and material aspects, as well as the application of optoelectronic devices to communications, imaging, sensing, signal processing, and biomedicine.
