Sponsorship Opportunities

Fulfill your goals through sponsorship: promote company awareness; promote brand image and visibility; enter a new market or region; introduce a new product; or generate sales leads.

All Exhibitors and/or Sponsors will receive the following:
- Company logo on all printed materials; advertising posters at the conference, and any leaflets distributed.
- Logo on the website.
- A "Sponsors Foil" to be projected in between sessions.
- A "Sponsors Page" on the Conference CD-ROM.

Exhibition
Tabletop Exhibit space is available at the cost of $630.00 USD per tabletop. Exhibitors will receive one free technical registration to the conference.

General
General Sponsorship contributions will be used for publication costs and costs of operating the conference. All sponsors will be given an acknowledgement in the Advance Program, Exhibitors' Guide Book and Signage at the particular Sponsored Activity mounted prominently at the entrance. In addition, priority will be given to sponsors when determining the assignment of Booth Space if an Exhibit space is also purchased.

Refreshments Breaks
There is an opportunity to sponsor the refreshment breaks (7 in total). The refreshment breaks consist of coffee, tea, soft drinks and a light snack. They are generally held from 10.00 - 10.30 and 15.30 - 16.00 each day of the conference. The refreshment breaks will be held with the exhibitions or immediately outside the exhibit area. The specific space will be assigned after the Conference Program has been determined.
Full Sponsorship (per coffee break): $1,500.00 USD

Welcome Reception
The main social event during the conference will be the Welcome Reception which will be held on Monday night for all attendees. (Partial sponsorship is also welcome.)
Full Sponsorship: $8,000.00 USD

Banquet Reception
Another social event during the conference will be the Banquet Reception which will be held on Wednesday night. (Partial sponsorship is also welcome.)
Full Sponsorship: $25,000.00 USD
