The 2008 IEEE/LEOS International Conference on Optical MEMS & Nanophotonics coincides with the high-season period of the German summer holidays.
Rooms have been reserved in hotels of various price categories by the Freiburg Incoming Touristik (fit), the official Hotel reservation service of Freiburg.

Booking Procedure
Participants are kindly requested to reserve their rooms, either through the online booking system of the Freiburg Incoming Touristik, or or by filling out the hotel reservation form.
Please check for the general conditions for the bookings that are mentioned on the PDF document and the booking system. The Freiburg Incoming Touristik will process your reservation and confirm the booking by fax or electronic mail. You will settle the hotel bill directly at the hotel!
Deadline
Deadline for hotel reservations is July 9th, 2008. After this date, reservations can still be requested at Freiburg Incoming Touristik, but the availability of certain categories or rates cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation
A maximum of 2 room units per reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Further terms and conditions applying are listed in the booking confirmation. The rooms are reserved until 18:00. Should you arrive later, please inform the hotel directly.
