Nominator
Eligibility requirements for nominators differ for EAB awards. Please refer to each award nominator form for "special instructions" regarding eligibility requirements for the nominator.

References
Eligibility requirements for reference writers differ for EAB awards. Please refer to each award reference form for "special instructions" regarding eligibility requirements for references.

Deadline
The nominator is responsible to ensure that all materials are submitted in time to meet the DEADLINE OF 30 APRIL 2007. This includes both the Nomination Form and all Reference Forms for each nomination made.

Please Note: The following eligibility requirement is true for all awards:

• Current members of IEEE EAB or of the IEEE EAB Awards and Recognition Committee may not be recipients, nominators, or endorsers of EAB Awards.

• Meritorious Achievement Award in Accreditation Activities
• Meritorious Achievement Award in Continuing Education
• Meritorious Achievment Award in Informal Education
• Major Educational Innovation Award
• Pre-University Educator Award
• Meritorious Service Citation
• Employer Professional Development Award
• Society/Council Professional Development Award
