IEEE Eric Herz Outstanding Staff Member Award Nomination Guidelines

Nominations may only be submitted by IEEE Volunteers

Three to five letters of endorsement are required for each nomination submission. Endorsers may only be IEEE Volunteers.

IEEE Staff members may not nominate or endorse nominations for this award

Candidate must be a present or past full-time employee of IEEE for at least 10 years (Awards Staff will confirm with Human Resources their years of service)

Candidate must have demonstrated contributions to the goal, objectives, and success of the IEEE (details of the achievements provided by nominator on nomination form)

Nominations can be carried over for consideration for the next award selection process
