IEEE Joseph F. Keithley Award in Instrumentation & Measurement

The IEEE Joseph F. Keithley Award in Instrumentation & Measurement was established in 2001. It has replaced the IEEE Morris E. Leeds Award. The recipient selection will be administered through the Technical Field Awards Council of the IEEE Awards Board.

This award will be presented for outstanding contributions in electrical measurements. It may be presented to an individual or a team of not more than three.

In the evaluation process, the following criteria are considered: innovation or development, social value, uniqueness of concept, other technical accomplishment, and the quality of the nomination.

The award will consist of a bronze medal, certificate & honorarium.
