IEEE Infrastructure Oversight Committee
Mission Statement
The IEEE Infrastructure Oversight Committee shall be appointed by and report to the Board of Directors and shall have oversight of infrastructure units of the IEEE.
Such infrastructure units shall include, but are not limited to:
- Business Administration
- Controller's Office
- Corporate Activities
- Customer Operations
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Sales & Marketing.
In addition, the Infrastructure Oversight Committee shall review such infrastructure units and recommend to the Board of Directors changes in such infrastructure units.
Such changes may include, but are not limited to:
- The budgets
- The sizes of the operations
- Capital equipment and other aspects of such infrastructure unit's operations.
