IEEE Women in Engineering Magazine

Call for Articles

IEEE WIE’s Mission: To Inspire, Engage, Encourage and Empower IEEE Women Worldwide.

WIE is a community of women and men supporting women and girls in their endeavors.

The new WIE Magazine will disseminate information to help recruit, retain and foster the growth of women in engineering at all stages of their careers. We are seeking to profile exciting engineering careers and the people in these positions to show young engineers the unimaginable possibilities that engineering can bring.

The WIE Magazine will differentiate itself by including topics that show the cross-cutting and interdisciplinary nature of engineering. The articles presented will integrate engineering with current issues facing society and interdisciplinary technologies, such as medicine, law, governance and international women’s issues.

Submissions for the IEEE WIE Magazine are now being accepted.

For each article accepted for publication, the author will be given a honoraria of $50.00 US to $100.00 US. There is no limit on the number of articles submitted.  There is no deadline for submission of articles.
