WIE Forum/Reception Special Funding

IEEE Women in Engineering Forum/Reception Special Funding Request Form

The IEEE Women in Engineering Committee (WIEC) encourages development of local activities and professional value to IEEE Members and to increase the visibility of Women in Engineering.

The WIEC has limited amount of funding available to support such activities. Therefore, please be very detailed and descriptive in your request for funding. Requests will be determined based on the funding available.

Funding is available for partnering IEEE Societies and Affinity Groups to hold Women in Engineering related forums and receptions. Such requests must be submitted at least 3 months prior to the activity. The WIEC will review the request at their next scheduled meeting. The group will be advised if the request has been approved. The WIEC may consider funding the project if considered especially valuable to the WIE mission.

* Affinity Groups may only submit one special funding request per year. Funding is based on funds available and approval of project.
