IEEE Governance Committee

The IEEE Governance Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Directors.  It is responsible for reviewing proposed amendments to IEEE’s governing documents to assure clarity, consistency, and legal compliance. The committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors on matters affecting governance, including, but not limited to, the IEEE Constitution, Bylaws, Policies and other related governing documents.
