IEEE PDF eXpress: How It Works

Step 1:
Register your conference for use of IEEE PDF eXpress

Step 2:
IEEE provides your conference with Web content and promotional material to post on your conference Web site.

Step 3:
A customized IEEE PDF eXpress page is posted, and available exclusively to your conference authors.

Step 4:
Prior to submitting their final papers, authors visit IEEE PDF eXpress to either:
• Convert their papers from a wide range of application formats to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs
• Check existing PDFs to find out if they are IEEE Xplore-compatible (and how to fix them)

Step 5:

Once your authors verify that they have IEEE Xplore-compatible versions of their manuscripts, they can then send them to you or your production team. You then submit the assembled conference proceedings to IEEE. Compatible PDFs are then loaded into IEEE Xplore, the online delivery platform for IEEE publications. IEEE Xplore is visited by 100,000 researchers every day, providing great reach to your proceedings.
