IEEE PDF eXpress: Helping Your Conference Produce Great PDFs
IEEE PDF eXpress is an IEEE-sponsored online tool, freely available to assist conference organizers and authors in complying with the latest IEEE requirements for PDF files.
IEEE PDF eXpress will:
• Help your authors convert a wide range of application formats to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs
• Check author-created PDFs and report whether or not they are IEEE Xplore-compatible
• Provide assistance to correct problems with PDFs
• Improve the quality of your proceedings
• Ensure that your conference proceedings will be posted on IEEE Xplore in the shortest time possible
• Extend the reach and value of your conference papers

IEEE PDF eXpress is not a manuscript-collection system and is not intended to replace the conference's submission system. Once your authors verify that they have IEEE Xplore-compatible versions of their manuscripts, they can then send them to you or your production team. You then submit the assembled conference proceedings to IEEE. |
Note: Beginning with 2005 conferences, processing costs will be incurred for all files that are not compatible with the PDF requirements.
